This policy aims to ensure transparency, product safety, and professional handling of any issues related to manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect deliveries.

2. Scope of Warranty Coverage
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of cosmetic products, warranty coverage is limited to the following cases only:
- Manufacturing defects affecting product integrity or packaging
- Damage caused during shipping (leakage, broken containers, crushed packaging)
- Wrong product, shade, size, or variant delivered
- Missing items from the shipment
Cosmetic products are not repairable; therefore, warranty resolution is limited to replacement or refund, subject to verification.
3. Warranty Reporting Timeframes

- Products with removed or altered batch/lot codes
- Items purchased from outside the official 8COM Beauty store
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Clear photos of:
- Outer shipping box
- Shipping label
- Product packaging and batch/lot code
- Visible defect or damage
- Video evidence may be required for leakage or pump issues
All claims are subject to inspection and verification.
6. Warranty Resolution
Upon approval, 8COM Beauty may offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
- Full or partial refund to the original payment method
- Store credit, where legally permitted and agreed
Processing timelines:
- Claim review: 2–5 business days
- Refund processing: 5–14 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)
7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
- If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, 8COM Beauty will cover the return or replacement shipping cost where applicable.
- If the claim is rejected or excluded, any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Customs, Duties, and Refused Deliveries
- Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
- If a shipment is refused, uncollected, or returned due to unpaid duties, any refund may be subject to deductions for shipping and carrier fees.
9. Product Safety & Authenticity
All products sold by 8COM Beauty are sourced through authorized channels. Customers are responsible for following storage and usage instructions provided on the product packaging and website.
10. Force Majeure
8COM Beauty shall not be liable for delays or inability to fulfill warranty obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, border closures, or logistics disruptions.
