1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
- “8COM Beauty”, “we”, “us”, “our”: the operator of the online store and customer services under the brand 8COM Beauty.
- “Customer”, “User”, “you”: any person who accesses the website or purchases products from the Store.
- “Consumer”: a natural person purchasing for personal, family, or non-commercial use.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree, please stop using the Store.

6. Orders & Order Confirmation
- Your order becomes confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation email/message.
- We may cancel or refuse any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or policy violation.
7. Pricing, Payments & Currency
- Prices are shown at checkout before payment.
- Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout through our authorized payment providers.
- We do not guarantee availability of Cash on Delivery unless explicitly shown at checkout.
- Payment processing may involve third-party providers; you agree to their payment terms where applicable.
8. Shipping & Delivery (GCC & MENA)
Shipping times, carriers, duties, taxes, and delivery rules are governed by our Shipping Policy, including:

- failed delivery, address errors, and refusal of delivery.

9. Customs, Duties & Import Rules
For GCC and MENA destinations (including Egypt), local customs authorities may impose duties/taxes or require additional information.
If the shipment is refused, uncollected, or returned due to unpaid duties or missing customer information, refunds (if applicable) may be subject to deductions for shipping/return shipping and carrier fees.
10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy, including:
- eligibility time limits;
- hygiene restrictions for cosmetics;
- return condition requirements;
- refund method and timelines.
11. Warranty (Cosmetics)
Cosmetics warranty matters are governed by the 8COM Beauty Cosmetics Warranty Policy, including:
- manufacturing defects;
- shipping damage;
- wrong or missing items;
- reporting deadlines (e.g., 24 hours for visible damage).
12. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate shipping and contact details;
- keep your account credentials secure;
- follow product usage and storage instructions;
- promptly report issues within the deadlines stated in our policies.
13. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- misuse the Store or attempt unauthorized access;
- use bots/scraping tools without permission;
- submit false claims or abuse refund/warranty processes;
- post illegal, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content;
- violate any applicable laws in your country.
We may suspend access or take legal action where appropriate.
14. User Content (Reviews & Comments)
If reviews or comments are enabled, you agree that:

15. Submissions (Suggestions & Ideas)

16. Service Management & Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8COM Beauty shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify 8COM Beauty from claims resulting from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Store, or unlawful actions, to the extent permitted by law.
21. Data & Privacy

You are responsible for keeping your own records and order confirmations.
22. Electronic Communications
You consent to receiving communications electronically (email/SMS/website notifications) and agree that electronic records satisfy legal communication requirements where permitted.
23. Governing Law & Disputes (GCC & MENA)
These Terms are intended to comply with consumer protection standards applicable across GCC and MENA.
Disputes should first be resolved through customer support in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be handled by the competent authority/court as applicable to the customer’s destination country, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
24. Corrections
We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content at any time. If an error impacts an order, we may contact you with options (confirm, revise, or cancel/refund).
25. Invoicing
Where available, invoices are issued electronically and sent to the registered email after order confirmation or shipment, depending on operational flow and destination requirements.
